Shipping Policy

At Totsify, we partner with reliable global suppliers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Custom items (like AI baby art or music videos) may take a few days longer.

Note: Some of our products ship from different warehouses, so you may receive items in separate packages.

AI baby videos and custom art typically take 3–7 days to create and will be delivered via email or download link.

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking info to update.

Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Totsify! Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges on print-on-demand items (please double-check sizing before ordering).

Due to the personalized nature of digital goods:

We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
If you receive the wrong file or it’s incomplete, we’ll happily correct the issue at no extra charge.
